What the Leaving Care Offer is
We work closely with children in care and care experienced adults from Buckinghamshire to continually improve our offer and to make sure that the information and activities we offer meet your needs and are of interest to you.
We really value your input, so please get in touch with your Personal Advisor if you would like to get involved.
To be eligible for the support included in this offer, you need to have been in care for at least 13 weeks (or periods of time amounting to 13 weeks) after age 14, including some time after your 16th birthday.
