7. Support for financial resilience

7.1 Where a Crisis Payment is awarded, the applicant must agree to engage with relevant support services such as money advice, benefits maximisation, or budgeting support to help address underlying financial instability and reduce the need for repeated crisis interventions, if that is deemed necessary.
