Our Helping Hand team is available to help individuals or families in need, those on low incomes and those who are experiencing a financial emergency or crisis.
Whether you get in contact by phone or the online form, we will ask you a few questions about your situation so that we can offer the best support or advice.
Currently we're prioritising urgent request for emergency food and household fuel and aim to respond within 3 to 5 days.
For other requests this will take longer. Please be assured that we're working through all requests as quickly as possible. Only contact us again if your situation or circumstances change and you need to let us know.

- you are struggling to pay for essential goods in your home
