Hire space in our parks for your business (Park pop-ups)
We have many beautiful parks and open spaces used by residents and visitors. We have a great opportunity for businesses to hire space within some of these Council-owned parks.

Types of businesses
We are seeking interest from ‘pop-up’ businesses, including (but not limited to):
- coffee vans
- healthy food vans
- bootcamps or personal training
- commercial events and festivals

- Fairford Leys Playing Fields (Aylesbury)
- Riverside Walk - Meadowcroft (Aylesbury)
- Alfred Rose Park (Aylesbury)
- Hazlemere Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Totteridge Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Booker Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Shelley Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Desborough Recreation Ground (High Wycombe)
- Heartlands Park (Buckingham)
- Edinburgh Playing Fields (Aylesbury)
- Gossmore Recreation Ground Car Park (Marlow)
Check if you're eligible
All vendors must:
- have Employer's Liability Insurance (where applicable)
- have Public Liability insurance to the level specified by the Council
- have a current Food Hygiene rating (if applicable)
- be registered with a local council's environmental health team

If you want to trade on other public spaces
This scheme only applies to some specific parks and green spaces that we own.
There are separate arrangements for businesses who want to trade on other public spaces (including streets and pavements).
