Email addresses

Email will be the principal form of communication between us. Buckinghamshire Council will understand that the owner of the email address has agreed to the service of legal notices by email in accordance with section 247 of the Housing Act 2004.

Buckinghamshire Council will not give an email address to any third party. Will we not use it for any other purpose than HMO licensing.
