9. Method of payment for Crisis Payments
9.1 Crisis Payments may be issued by:
- voucher
- a grant paid directly to the relevant creditor (for example landlord)
- pre-paid card, or
- where the award is for white goods (for example cooker or washing machine), the item(s) will be ordered on behalf of the applicant+
