Crisis and Resilience Fund policy

17.1 Buckinghamshire Council is committed to preventing and detecting fraud in all its forms. Any applicant who attempts to obtain a Housing Payment or Crisis Payment through fraudulent means, including by knowingly providing false information, failing to disclose a material fact, or submitting falsified evidence, may have committed an offence.

17.2 Where fraud is suspected or identified, the Council will take appropriate action, which may include recovery of the award, refusal of further support, and referral for investigation.
