2. Scope

The protocol applies to all young people aged 16 and 17 who present as in need and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Services that are involved in the implementation of the protocol are:

Children’s Safeguarding and Social Work
Homeless Services
Integrated Youth Support Services
Youth Offending Service
Schools and Colleges in Buckinghamshire
Support workers
