How much it costs
A yearly subscription costs £62.
You can request more than one garden waste bin if needed. Each subscription costs £62 for the year.
Read our garden waste terms and conditions.
Sign in and pay
You'll need to sign into a My Buckinghamshire online account to start or renew your garden waste service.
Any previous login details for waste services will not work on this system.
You can pay online via credit card, debit card or Google Pay.
If there is already a bin at your property, you'll still need to sign up and pay for a valid subscription to receive your garden waste sticker.
'My Buckinghamshire' is a new account system that came into effect in 2024.
View our guidance if you're unable to sign in or register.
After you've paid
We aim to send bins and stickers out within 10 working days of payment.
If you've not received your items in that time, you can:
Collection days
Garden waste is collected fortnightly.
We suspend the service for 6 weeks during mid-December to late January.
Help with your collection
If you're already subscribed to our garden waste service, you can request an additional bin or sack.
An extra subscription costs £62.
The expiry date of the new bin subscription will be the same as your existing garden waste subscription.
It may take up to 10 working days to process the request and a further 10 working days for bins to be delivered.
Moving within Buckinghamshire
You can ask us to transfer your subscription to a new address.
You do not need to take your bin with you.
If there is a garden waste bin at the new property already, we will deliver a new sticker within 10 working days.
If your request includes a new bin where there is not already one at the new property, we will deliver the new bin and sticker within 15 working days.
If you have let us know about your move in advance, you may experience a missed garden waste collection at your old address whilst we transfer your subscription to the new address.
Cancelling or moving out of Buckinghamshire
If you're moving out of Buckinghamshire, or you no longer need your garden waste collected, you can cancel your subscription.
We do not provide refunds for any remaining subscription period.
Your subscription lasts for a year from the date you subscribed. If you want to check, your expiry date is printed on your bin sticker.
You can renew online up to 2 months before the expiry date.
