Bin collections will start earlier than usual due to the hot weather

Put your bins out the night before and leave them out until they are emptied. Collections may be delayed if the weather becomes too hot for collection staff.

  • a problem with the bin that we've delivered to you (if it's different to the type or size you ordered)
  • that your bin was not delivered within 10 working days as expected
