Report a missed bin collection
The quickest way to report a missed bin is online.
1. Check for known problems
Before you start, check the list of roads with missed or delayed collections.
If we're aware of the problem, you do not need to report it.
2. Report online
Report your missed collection between 6pm on your collection day and midnight the following day.
If your collection is on a Friday, you have until Monday to report it.
If you've already reported it, do not report it again. Leave your bins out so we can collect them.
After you report a missed collection
If you report a missed collection within 24 hours, we aim to return within 2 working days.
Make sure you leave your bin out for collection.
If your waste is repeatedly missed
You can report repeated missed collections.
