Replace a lost, stolen or damaged bin
Order a replacement bin or box if yours is lost, stolen or damaged.
You may get a free replacement if your bin was damaged by our waste crew. You’ll need to provide a photo.
Check your bin is not nearby or at a neighbour’s house before reporting it missing.
We’re experiencing delays with bin deliveries in the North Area (Aylesbury Vale and Buckingham).
If your bin has not arrived within 10 working days, you can track your order. Include your order number.

Bin sizes
You will receive the same size bin you had before. Larger general waste bins are only replaced if we have a record of approval.
The largest bin size available is 240L. We no longer give out 360L bins.
What you cannot order
You cannot order replacements for the indoor food caddy.
You can use any container to store food waste indoors or buy one from most shops.
Delivery information
We usually deliver new bins or boxes within 10 working days.
Leave damaged bins near the boundary of your property. We'll collect them when we deliver the new bins.
If your old bin is not collected, request a bin removal.
Cancelling your order
If you no longer need it, cancel your bin order.
You will get a full refund if you cancel before the bin is delivered.
