Request a bin removal

You can request a bin removal if:

• we have delivered a replacement bin and the old bin has not been collected
• previous residents have left additional bins at your property
• there is an unallocated bin on your street

We collect unwanted household bins free of charge.

You will need:

• your address
• details of the bin you want removed
• the location of the bin

After you submit your request, we'll collect the bin within 10 working days.

Leave the bin at the boundary of your property where it can be easily accessed by our collection crew.

If your bin has not been collected after 10 working days, contact us.
