Order a bin, box or bag
Use this service to order a bin, box or reusable bag if:
- it is damaged, missing or stolen
- your property does not have one
- you need an additional food bin (maximum of 2 per household)
- you need an additional paper box (south only)
If your bin was damaged during collection, you may be eligible for a free replacement. You'll need to provide a photo.

What you cannot order
You cannot order:
- additional general waste bins
- additional recycling bins
- replacement indoor food caddies (you can use any container or these can be bought online)
If you need more capacity than your current general waste or mixed recycling bin, you may be able to request a larger bin.
What size replacement bin you'll get
The standard general waste bin size is:
- 140L in the north of Buckinghamshire
- 180L in the south of Buckinghamshire
Some households may still have a 240L bin, as this was previously the standard size. If your 240L bin needs replacing, you'll receive a replacement in the current standard size for your area.
Larger bins are only replaced if we have a record of approval. The largest bin size available is 240L. We no longer provide 360L bins.
Delivery information
We usually deliver new bins or boxes within 10 working days.
Leave damaged bins near the boundary of your property. We'll collect them when we deliver the new bins.
If your old bin is not collected, request a bin removal.
Cancelling your order
If you no longer need it, cancel your bin order.
You will get a full refund if you cancel before the bin is delivered.
