Join the library
Joining the library is free if you live, work or study in Buckinghamshire. As a member, you can borrow books and access eBooks and eAudiobooks.
If you're 13 or over, you can join online.
If you join online
To get a library card and use all library services, including Library Flex, you'll need to visit a Buckinghamshire library.
Bring proof of your name and current address.
Other ways to join
You can also join at any Buckinghamshire library.
You can either:
- complete a membership form at the library
- print and complete a membership form before you visit
Keep your membership active
You need to renew your library membership every 2 years to keep your account active and your details up to date.
When we contact you to renew, sign in to your library account and update your details.
If you do not renew your membership, your account will become inactive. Memberships that remain inactive are deleted after 7 years.
