Beacon Villages Community Library
Beacon Villages Community Library will be operating at St Marys Church, Church Road, Ivinghoe, LU7 9EW as a temporary location from Tuesday 25th August from 2pm to 4pm.
On Monday 10th August 2026, Beacon Villages Community Library was affected by a fire at Ivinghoe Town Hall, where it is located. Whilst works are carried out to restore the main library we will be temporarily offering a limited service located in
St Marys Church, Church Road, LU7 9EW

- We are currently unable to take any cash or card payments at the temporary library

We will keep customers updated as works to restore the library progress and we thank customers for their support during this time.
Community libraries
Community libraries are managed in a variety of ways. Some are entirely managed by local community organisations and volunteers and some are jointly managed with Buckinghamshire Council.
You can use your Buckinghamshire library membership card in a community library and reserve items as usual.
