How to apply

Contact Highways Development Management on [email protected], providing the following details:

  • the model you want to use
  • the sites size and location
  • the development proposal
  • trip generation assumptions
  • scenarios you want to be modelled
  • the desired model output

After receiving your details, we will ask you to pay the £750 plus VAT deposit so we can prepare a Project Initiation Document (PID).

Project Initiation Document (PID)

The PID sets out the detailed requirements of the modelling project, timescales, and costs.

We will send the PID to you for review. Reasonable amendments can be made before it is agreed.

What happens next

Once you have approved the PID, you must provide a purchase order for the work.

After we receive your purchase order, we aim to start work within 4 weeks.

We will send you the modelling results when the work is complete. The expected delivery timescale will be included in the PID.
