Order bins for a new property

You can order new bins if:

• you've moved into a new build property with no bins
• you've moved into a property where the previous occupants did not leave any bins

Your developer should arrange bins for a new build property. Contact them before ordering bins yourself.

You can order a full set of bins online.

You can order a single bin for general waste, mixed recycling, food waste or paper and card.

We'll deliver your bins within 10 working days of payment.

If you've not received your bin, contact us about your bin order.

To get a garden waste bin you'll need to subscribe to the garden waste service.

Your bin will be delivered as part of your first subscription.
