Bin collections will start from 6am on Tuesday 12 August

If your bin is scheduled to be collected on Tuesday, we'll start collections from 6am. This is due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of the teams. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the collection day.

Request a replacement garden waste sticker

Use this service to request a new garden waste sticker if the original one we sent you:

  • has been lost or stolen
  • is unreadable due to wear and tear

The replacement sticker will only be valid for the remaining time left on your garden waste subscription.

What happens next

We aim to deliver your replacement garden waste sticker within 10 working days of your request.

If you're moving house

If you need a new sticker because you're moving house, move your garden waste collection to a new address instead.

If your subscription has expired

If you need a new sticker because your previous subscription is soon to expire, you will need to pay for a garden waste subscription instead.

A new sticker will be sent out as part of the new subscription.
