Homeless and temporary accommodation

The council can end its duty to you:

• where an offer of accommodation via Bucks Home Choice or a Direct Let has been made.
• where an offer of suitable affordable accommodation has been refused.
• where you have moved out and made your own housing arrangements.
• where you have been evicted from temporary accommodation due to your own actions
