The West Chilterns Community Board covers the following Buckinghamshire Council Wards:

  • Marlow
  • Princes Risborough
  • West Wycombe and Lane End
  • Chiltern Villages
  • Ridgeway East
  • Ridgeway West
  • Flackwell Heath and The Wooburns
  • Downley
  • Penn, Tylers Green and Loudwater

The West Chilterns Community Board covers the following areas

Our priorities for 2026 to 2027

Ridgeway East:

  • Support the sustainability of existing resident associations and explore creating new ones to connect and empower residents

Ridgeway West:

  • Map local youth provision and needs following feedback about the local offer for young people.

Flackwell Heath & The Wooburns:

  • Maintain the current volunteer base and attract the next generation of volunteers to keep the community strong and vibrant

Penn, Tylers Green & Loudwater:

  • Improve social community connectedness by working with stakeholders to address community needs, focusing on young people in Loudwater

West Wycombe & Lane End:

  • Work with local partners to explore affordable and sustainable social activities and community support for all ages to reduce social isolation

Princes Risborough:

  • Map local youth provision and needs following feedback about the local offer for young people

Marlow:

  • Support residents to access information about local services and activities, addressing the lack of physical tourist information and awareness of things to do locally

Downley:

  • Work collaboratively with local organisations to understand and reduce antisocial activity in identified areas of Downley

Chiltern Villages:

  • Explore how to support the River Partnership
