You have a legal right to change your mind

You have 14 days after the date you paid for the Service to change your mind, and to receive a refund of your payment less the reasonable cost of any Services you received within that 14 day period. After 14 days, your payment for the Service is non-refundable.

If you do change your mind, contact us to cancel your subscription.

We refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you've changed your mind. We don't charge a fee for the refund.

If you do cancel your subscription, and we have supplied a garden waste bin to you for use with the Service, then you would have to pay us for the cost of the garden waste bin unless we can recover it from your premises. You can contact us online or call our Customer Service team on 0300 131 6000 to arrange for your garden waste bin to be recovered by us.
