Children on a list for their preferred school (continued interest or waiting lists)
Appeal Panels must not take account of:
- where the admission authority has placed a child on a continued interest or waiting list
- the fact that appeals have not been made for other children on the continued interest or waiting list
Appeal Panels must not make any decision relating to the continued interest or waiting list.
