Notice for the disposal of land and buildings at Round Coppice Estate and Mansfield Farm
We are required to provide this notice of disposal.
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council made an application to the then Secretary of State for Levelling-Up, Housing and Communities on 15 December 2023 for consent to dispose of the following property in accordance with the provisions of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938:
Land and buildings at Round Coppice Estate and Mansfield Farm, Iver, Buckinghamshire (the “Property”).
The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government has requested a further public consultation takes place under this Notice before determining Buckinghamshire Council’s application.
The Notice and a plan showing the Property edged red have also been deposited for public inspection at:

Any objection to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to The Secretary of State for Housing
