You should only request this service if we have recommended it to you after initial advice, or you have a planning decision.
You do not have to do this, but it can be the fastest way to get planning permission.
This is a bespoke service to help you tackle any final issues in your proposal.
Make sure you include your initial planning advice reference when applying for follow-on advice.
Fees
If your follow-on advice includes any specialist input (for example, on trees or urban design) this will be coordinated by your case officer.
The fees for this will be tailored to the service and discussed with you beforehand.
