Buckinghamshire Council Leader writes to county MPs ahead of Draft Local Plan consultation
Subject to Cabinet approval on 22 July, Buckinghamshire Council will launch the Regulation 19 consultation on the Draft Buckinghamshire Local Plan. As part of this important next stage, the Leader of Buckinghamshire Council, Councillor Steven Broadbent, has written to Buckinghamshire's MPs, inviting cross-party support for a united case to Government for the infrastructure investment needed to support the county's future growth.
The open letter highlights the need for national investment in transport, healthcare, education and other essential infrastructure to ensure new homes are supported by the services and facilities communities need to thrive.
