We will be texting or emailing residents who are late paying their Council Tax. This communication is genuine but if you’d like reassurance you can log in to check your online account or pay online. There is no need to contact us if you've already paid.

  • can download PDF copies of bills or recovery notices

If you already have an online account

If you already have an online Council Tax account, you should sign into your account and then switch to paperless billing.

If you don't have an online account

If you don't already have an online Council Tax account, you will need to register for one when you request paperless billing.

You will need your Council Tax account number which you can find on your latest paper bill or recovery notice.
