Let us know that a driver or passenger assistant has moved from another transport operator

If you have a new employee who already has a Client Transport ID Badge, you need to let us know before they start working for you.

Employees that can hold a Client Transport ID Badge include:

taxi drivers
passenger carrier vehicle (PCV) drivers
passenger assistants

How to report

Before the new employee starts work for you, you must fill out the Transport Operator Employee Change Reporting Form PDF, 214KB.

Once completed, you should return it to [email protected].
