Designated premises supervisors (DPS)

You can use this service if:

• you can no longer be the DPS
• you have stopped working at the premises
• the premises licence holder hasn't notified us already

It is important to remove yourself from the premises licence, so you are not held accountable for activities at the premises.

You'll need to:

• complete the application form
• provide a copy to the premises licence holder
• notify us within 48 hours of your resignation
