Get answers to most council enquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our Virtual Assistant.

If the Virtual Assistant cannot help and you need personal support, you can ask to speak to a Customer Service Advisor during council opening hours.

Our phone lines are busiest on Mondays. If your call is not urgent you may prefer to call later in the week.

If you can't contact us online, call us on 0300 131 6000.

You can call 0300 131 6000 and speak to our Virtual Assistant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends.

If you need to speak to a Customer Service Advisor, our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9am to 5pm

We are closed on bank holidays.
