Whilst we will still be recording any new complaints that we receive, our normal decision making rules have changed for the foreseeable future.

Please be assured that your complaint will be responded to in due course; however, as a result of recent events the council is unable to guarantee response timescales as published on our website

If you would like to complain about a Buckinghamshire Council service, let us know.

If you want to report a missed bin collection, request a new/replacement bin or sacks, give feedback on crews, or raise concerns about a waste or recycling issue, you should do this on the website for your local area.

We'll respond within 5 working days and let you know how we are going to deal with your complaint. We’ll also let you know if we cannot deal with your complaint under our Feedback, Compliments and Complaints Policy.
