Report a missed bin collection

The quickest way to report a missed bin is online.

1. Check for known problems

If we're aware of the problem, you do not need to report it.

Report your missed collection between 6pm on your collection day and midnight the following day.

If your collection is on a Friday, you have until Monday to report it.

If you've already reported it, do not report it again. Leave your bins out so we can collect them.

If you report a missed collection within 24 hours, we aim to return within 2 working days.

Make sure you leave your bin out for collection.
