Hot weather

Bin collections will start from 6am on 30 June and 1 July

Due to the hot weather, we'll start collecting bins from 6am on Monday 30 June and Tuesday 1 July. If your bin is due for collection, make sure you put your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the day of collection.

Order bins for a new property

You can order new bins if you've moved into:

  • a new build property with no bins
  • a new property where no bins have been left behind by previous occupants

Check with your developer first

The developers of the site should contact us to request bins for new build properties.

If the developer is not paying for your bins

If your developer is not paying for your bin, you can order bins for:

  • general waste
  • mixed recycling
  • food waste
  • paper and card

We will deliver bins to you within 10 working days of payment.

New garden waste bins

To order a garden waste bin you will need to pay for a subscription to the garden waste service.

A garden waste bin will be sent out as part of your first subscription.
