Book a bulky item collection

You can book a paid collection for large household items that can’t go out with your normal bin collection, for example, sofas, fridges or washing machines.

On the collection day, make sure you put your selected items out by 6am and leave them where your bins are normally collected.

You must provide full access details for your property, such as gate codes, as a different collection crew handles bulky waste items.
