Order waste and recycling sacks

If your property is not suitable for wheeled bins, you can order waste and recycling sacks and bags.

We offer different kinds of sacks. This includes purple and mauve bags for general waste.

You can use this service if:

• your annual sack delivery did not arrive
• you have moved into a property and there are no sacks available
• you have used all your previous sacks

We'll review your request and deliver sacks to eligible properties.

Sacks are usually delivered within 10 working days.

We automatically deliver sacks to eligible households each year.

We deliver sacks in:

• December or January if you live in Aylesbury Vale
• April if you live in Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe

If you have not received your annual delivery, you can use this service to order replacement sacks.
