Renew a Spare Seats bus pass
If we have written to you to offer your child a spare seat bus pass renewal, you can renew it online.
If you want to pay by monthly card payments, you will need to contact our School Transport Finance Team.
If you do not renew your child's pass on time, we may offer your child's seat to another child.
We cannot guarantee the seat will continue to be available. For example, if another child who is eligible for free school transport needs a seat later in the year, or if we need to change the route, your child may no longer have a place on the bus.

You will need:
- your child's 6 digit customer reference number as quoted on the renewal letter
- a credit or debit card
