Public inquiry: Land to East of Lower Road, Stoke Mandeville

Outline planning application (with all matters reserved) for residential development, a primary school, community facilities, open space, pedestrian routes, landscaping, drainage features, highway works, vehicular access and parking and associated infrastructure and full planning application for details of the underpass beneath the South East Aylesbury Link Road (hybrid application).
