Tell us about work to buildings or tree that does not have the right permission

View or get copies of enforcement notices that we have issued.

For a fee, we can check our records to see whether someone has complied with an enforcement notice and let you know the outcome.

If an enforcement notice has been complied with, you can request withdrawal of an enforcement notice from the register.

If you think that a building or structure may be dangerous to the public, you should report it to us at Building Control.
