Fly-tipping Enforcement Policy

This policy was implemented in April 2020 and was amended on 12 December 2023 to reflect the Government changes to upper limits to fixed penalties on 31 July 2023.

It is available for viewing on the Council’s website. Braille, large type, audio recording or other language versions will be considered on request.
