2. Once pitch availability is confirmed download the Sports pitch booking form [Word, 50 KB]
3. Complete the form and return by post to:

4. Make full payment to Idverde as detailed on the booking form.
5. The deadline for enquiries and bookings, and for this form to be returned, is midday on the Wednesday prior to the coming weekend’s games.
