Café 23
Café 23 is a Dementia Cafe in Amersham, providing a place to chat and ask questions, share experiences and reminisce.
The group of trained volunteers offer a variety of activities including arts and crafts, games and music.

Sensory Floor Time (Magic Table), every Tuesday between 4pm and 6:30pm at Aylesbury Library.
Singing for the Brain - Aylesbury held every other Tuesday, 2pm to 4pm at The Community Wellbeing Hub at Bucks New University Campus in Aylesbury.
Memory Information sessions take place 4 times a year. They provide people with memory concerns with information about:
- how to manage poor memory
- tips and strategies
- healthy living
- where to get support.
These sessions are 2 hours long and delivered at community venues or online.

If you have recently received a diagnosis of dementia or you are supporting someone who has, then come along to one of our free post diagnosis information sessions run by Dementia Advisers from the Dementia Support Service at Alzheimer’s Society.

Beaconsfield Memory Café
The Memory Café is a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive space for individuals with dementia and their caregivers to connect with others. It offers a safe and friendly atmosphere where meaningful interactions can occur, fostering a sense of belonging and reducing feelings of isolation.
Meet new people and join us for complimentary refreshments and pastries. All are welcome; no booking required.

Singing group for those living with memory loss or dementia, fortnightly on Fridays at 11am, Chalfont St Peter Community Centre
Denham Memory Café, first Friday of every month 11am-2pm at St Marks Hall, Denham Green.
Dementia patients and their carers are welcome to come along for coffee, lunch and a chat.
An experienced dementia adviser will be present to answer any questions.

Lightbulb Cafe
The Lightbulb Cafe is a warm and welcoming space, designed to support individuals experiencing memory changes or living with a dementia diagnosis and their carers.
Hosted by Wycombe Wanderers Foundation, this programme offers a safe and comfortable space where you can;
- connect with others
- engage in reminiscence activities
- promote wellbeing
- separate carer support

Café 22 offers a regular meeting place for people living with dementia or memory loss, with an informal, friendly environment.

Dementia Action Marlow run social sessions every Tuesday (singing) and Wednesday (Tai chi) as well as a 'Let's Get Moving' session on a Thursday. This is held at the Pugin Rooms, St Peters Street, Marlow, SL7 1NG.
Dementia Coffee Morning at Speen Church, every third Thursday of the month between 10am and 12pm.
Monday Club Café is held every Monday morning at the Christian Centre, Aylesbury Road, Wendover, HP22 6JG.
You must be registered with a GP in Wendover who will then invite you to a session.
Virtual Carer Support Group takes place on the second Wednesday of every month 2pm to 3:30pm on Zoom.
Virtual Dementia Singing for the Brain - every Monday at 11am on Zoom.
Memory clinic
Memory services aim to help people who are worried that their poor memory may be a sign of dementia.
These services provide a full assessment of the problem, start treatment if that is needed and offer advice about available support for the person and their caregiver.
The Post Diagnosis Information sessions (PDIS) are held at the Memory Clinics each month.
