Switch to paperless Council Tax billing

Once you’ve signed up for paperless billing, you:

  • will get emails to notify you when there are any updates to your account
  • can check your account online
  • can download PDF copies of bills or recovery notices

If you already have an online account

If you already have an online Council Tax account, you should sign into your account and then switch to paperless billing.

If you don't have an online account

If you don't already have an online Council Tax account, you will need to register for one when you request paperless billing.

You will need your Council Tax account number which you can find on your latest paper bill or recovery notice.
