The Sexual Assault and Abuse Support Service Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes gives help to male, female and LGBTQI+ victims victims of domestic abuse who are over 16.

The 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline supports women and children affected by domestic abuse. You can:

If you are under 18 and are suffering abuse at home, call Childline on 0800 11 11.

Calls to Childline are free and it's open 24 hours a day.

Using the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (DVDS), also known as Clare's Law, you can check if:

• your partner is a risk to you
• the partner of a close friend of family member is a risk to them

You can apply to Thames Valley Police to find out more about DVDS.

Galop supports LGBT+ people who have experienced threats and violence, including domestic abuse.

The LGBT Bucks website has advice for members of the LBGT+ community on what to do if you have suffered from domestic abuse.

If you are a male victim of domestic abuse, the Mankind Initiative can listen, provide help and give you information on local support services.

The Mix helps young people under the age of 25 who are affected by domestic abuse, mental health issues, drugs and many other issues.

Respect is a helpline for male victims of domestic abuse.

Safe! supports children and families who have been affected by crime or domestic abuse.

The SAM Project provides free, confidential and non-judgemental support for male survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse.
