Our priorities for 2026 to 2027

Aylesbury North:

  • Understand the current provisions (focused on physical and mental health and wellbeing) available for adults and identify potential gaps and opportunities to enhance these

Aylesbury North West:

  • Understand the reasons why there is a higher than average rate of unemployment and explore potential barriers, opportunities and solutions

Aylesbury East:

  • Focus on building positive intergenerational relationships and improving social perception between different age cohorts in the Bedgrove area

Aylesbury South East:

  • Understand to what level residents feel a part of their local community and explore opportunities to improve community connectiveness

Aylesbury West:

  • Explore potential opportunities to develop initiatives around sustainability and waste reduction for local residents

Aylesbury South West:

  • Gain a deeper understanding as to what is affecting residents' participation in movement and physical activity, and identify practical, community-informed solutions to increase local opportunities for being physically active

Buckingham Park, Berryfields & Watermead:

  • Explore the potential opportunities to increase footfall and usage of Watermead Lake

Buckingham Park, Berryfields & Watermead:

  • Explore the potential opportunities to enhance local provisions for young people in the ward
