Make changes or replace a tattoo and skin piercing registration certificate

You can use this process to:

• update the name of a registered practitioner
• update the name of your registered premises (change of trading name)
• replace a lost or stolen certificate

You can not use this process to transfer a registration certificate. Any new business or practitioner must register to perform tattoo and skin piercing treatments.

You'll also need to re-register as a practitioner if you are changing the premises that you operate from.

The fee for making changes or replacing a certificate is £31.

Apply to make changes to a registration application.

Your replacement certificate will be sent to the email address that you provide.
