  • day-time trading: £6,775

Where you can trade

You will need street trading consent if you want to trade:

  • inside the inner ring road in Aylesbury Town Centre
  • in Buckingham Town Centre
  • outside of RAF Halton on Upper Icknield Way, Wendover

If you want to trade outside of these designated consent areas you do not need a street trading consent, but you do need the landowners permission.

If you're trading on the highway (for example, on a road or on a footway) you could be asked to move from your location.

You must ensure that you're parked legally and not causing an obstruction. If you don't, you could be liable to be prosecuted by the Police. You will also need to consider Traffic Orders (for example parking restrictions).

You may also need planning permission.
