Outcome: A more stable and permanent workforce, reducing our reliance on agency workers.

Priority: Recruitment of in-house foster carers.
Outcome: An increase the number of looked after children that are placed locally, reducing our reliance on more costly and external providers.

Outcome: Achieve a positive outcome when Ofsted and CQC conduct their local area Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities inspection.

Education provision
Priorities: Education Provision and Educational Outcomes
Outcome: Improved educational outcomes for disadvantaged children, especially those in care, those eligible for free school meals, those with special educational needs and those from minority ethnic groups and traveller heritage.
