The highest number of compliments continue to be received by Adults & Health. A significant portion of these commendations relate to the Occupational Therapists and Home Independence Teams. The Long Term and Review Teams also received a higher number. Individuals are often recognised for their efforts, with recipients expressing appreciation for the support and assistance provided during difficult times. Appendix A contains highlighted excerpts from the compliments we have received.
The reasons for the overall decline are not clear. Most services experienced a decrease including both Children’s and Adults & Health. However, Communities and Planning, Growth & Sustainability both saw increases.
