Report an issue with a bin order

Use this service to report:

• an issue with the bin that we've delivered to you (if it's different to the type or size you ordered)
• that your bin was not delivered within 10 working days as expected

After you've reported the issue, we will respond within 10 working days to let you know how we will proceed.
