If your bin is scheduled to be collected on Tuesday, we'll start collections from 6am. This is due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of the teams. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the collection day.

Order waste and recycling sacks

If your property is not suitable for having wheeled bins, we provide general waste and recycling sacks for you to use instead.

We send out sacks to eligible households in:

December or January if you live in the North of the county (Aylesbury Vale)
April if you live in the South of the county (Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe areas)

If we have missed your delivery, you can ask us to deliver more sacks to your property.
